客专百米钢轨焊前自动测量优选配轨系统研究

摘要 通过对钢轨焊前激光自动测量方案的分析、论证,提出计算机仿真拟合虚拟钢轨外型,由计算机与标准钢轨参数比对,计算出钢轨外型数据的测量方法。在此基础上,利用多组钢轨外型轮廓进行自动优选配轨的模式,提高配轨精度和效率。 After analyzing the verifying the automatic laser measurement scheme before rail welding, the authors put forward a measurement method that the rail shape could be virtually fitted by computer simulation first, and then the computer would compare the virtual rail parameters with the standard rail parameters and calculate the data of rail shape. Based on the method mentioned above and the shape of several rails, the rails with optimum shape could be selected and matched together to improve the precision and efficiency of rail match.
