摘要
本文介绍了用声波CT技术检测大跨度预应力连续钢构桥的一种方法,并以芙蓉江特大桥主桥为例,将主桥分为9个检测段,在每个检测段的顶板、底板、左右腹板布置了四个剖面对全桥进行混凝土整体浇筑质量检测。检测结果表明,检测区段内整体浇筑均匀性较好,各检测区内混凝土基本满足设计的要求,但在桥梁混凝土结构局部出现低强度异常区,建议进行妥善处理。
Taking the main bridge of Furong River Bridge as an example, the author of this paper describes acoustic CT technique detection of long-span prestressed continuous rigid bridge. The main bridge is divided into nine detection sections, and the four profiles of each detection segments ( roof, bottom, leR and right web) are laid out to test the overall quality of the full-bridge concrete pouring. The results shows that overall casting in each detection section is in uniformity, the concrete within the detection region meets the basic design requirements. But a low-intensity anomaly is detected in certain parts of the concrete bridge structure. This anomaly is recommended to be properly handled later on.
