Establishing and operation of Housing industry groups is key to success of housing industry. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significances to solve such problems as research and development for the housing industry group performance evaluation models and techniques, objective evaluation of the operational status of the housing industry groups, improvement of the housing industry groups to provide reference for industrialization.
