The analysis process and application of bow tie diagram analysis used during the changes of an organization were introduced. When applied to the change process of an organization, it need to identify the risks result from change and necessary controlling measures, and to determine organization＇s key safety posts combined with inspection and gap analysis tool. It was proposed to make sure the organization＇s safety management level will not decrease because of the change.
