氨氯地平片与依那普利联用治疗36例老年高血压的疗效观察

Observation of the efficacy of combining Amlodipine tablets and Enalapril to treat 36 cases with senile hypertension

目的评价氨氯地平片与依那普利联用治疗老年高血压的临床效果及安全性。方法选择2008～2010年在本院确诊为高血压并接受药物治疗的72例老年患者。口服氨氯地平片组为对照组,口服氨氯地平片+依那普利组为研究组,每组36例。服药4周后进行疗效比较。结果研究组总有效率为94.44%;对照组总有效率为75.00%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组DBP和SBP平均下降幅度明显多于对照组(P<0.05)。结论氨氯地平片与依那普利联用治疗老年高血压疗效明显优于单用氨氯地平片治疗,且安全性良好,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To evaluate clinical efficacy and safety of combining the amlodipine and enalapril tablets to treat senile hypertension.Methods 72 cases of elderly patients who were diagnosed with senile hypertension and got treatment of drugs in hour hospital from 2008 to 2010 were selected.Those who have took amlodipine tablets fell under the control group,while those who took amlodipine tablets enalapril group fell under the study group,each group with 36 patients.Their efficacies were compared after 4 weeks of treatment.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 94.44%,while that of the control group was 75.00%.Difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P0.05）.The average declining level of DBP and SBP of the study group was obviously higher than that of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion It is better and safer to use Amlodipine tablets combining with enalapril tablets than to use amlodipine alone in treatment of senile hypertension.The combining treatment is worth clinical application.
