摘要
本文研究了Sm—Tb—TTA—TOPO—TritonX-100荧光体系,拟订了最佳条件,并应用于混合稀中痕量钐的测定。
In this paper, a new fluorescence enhanced phenomenon called columinescence effect was observed, which occured on addic-' some rares earths to the Sm-TTA-TOPO-TritonX-100 system, among which, Tb3+ increases the fluorescence intensity of system by about 5 times. The- optimum condition is the concentration of Tb3+ being equal to 0.95x10-5-1.15 X10-5mol/L, and pH=6.4-8.7. The effect can be used for the determination of trace Sm3+ in the range of 6.0X10-9-1.0x10-8mol/L. The detection limit is 1.0X10-19mol/L(0.015ppb).
