中西医结合抑制疗法治疗复发性生殖器疱疹56例

Integrated Chinese and Western inhibitive therapy on treatment of recurrent genital herpes

目的：观察中西医结合抑制疗法治疗复发性生殖器疱疹的疗效。方法：发作期内服中药（龙胆草、板蓝根、茵陈蒿等）并联合泛昔洛韦；10日后非发作期内服中药（黄芪、白术、山药等）并配合西洋参另煎口服。结果：治疗56例，痊愈46例，显效7例，未愈3例。结论：中西医结合抑制疗法治疗复发性生殖器疱疹效果满意。

Objectives： To observe the therapeutic effects of integrated Chinese and western inhibitive therapy on the treat- ment of recurrent genital herpes. Methods： Chinese herbs （ Longdancao, Banlangen, Yinchenhao） combined with famciclovir were administered to patients during attack periods. Ten days after the treatment, the patients were given Chinese herbs （ Huangqi, Baishu, Shanyao）combined with Xiyangshen in non -attack periods. Results： Among 56 cases receiving the treannent, 46 cases fully recovered, 7 cases improved their symptoms and 3 cases were not recovered. Conclusion： Integrated Chinese and western inhibitive therapy can have satisfactory therapeutic effects on recurrent genital herpes.
