对中国大连高级经理学院培训工作的研究与思考

Research and Thinking on Training of China Business Executives Academy in Dalian

笔者通过对中国大连高级经理学院近距离的实践和思考,分别从中国大连高级经理学院发展定位、培训对象、课程设置与培训方案设计、教学团队、管理与服务等方面分析了其办学优势与经验,提出了为再造一个新山西,全面实施转型跨越发展的企业培训工作的思路,并结合转型发展需要,提出做好山西经济管理干部学院培训教育工作的对策。

Through practice and training experience in China business executives academy of Dalian,this paper analyzes the advantages and the experience from the development orientation,training objects,the curriculum and training scheme design,teaching team,management and service.The author puts forward new ideas for enterprise training work in realizing the transforming leap in order to recreate a new Shanxi.It also points out the direction of the training work in Shanxi Economic Management Institute.Combined with the needs to transform and develop,it proposes countermeasures in cadre training in Shanxi Economic Management Institute.
