Risk management system construction is an important part of the listed company＇s internal control system,which is also difficult to evade.All those issues,such as risk management purpose,the principles and basic requirements,risk management organization system,responsibilities,the company key fields and risk prevention system operation,should not only need to have systematic theoretical explanations,also need to have specific practical guidance.This paper will discuss the construction of a listed company＇s risk management system.
