土地流转特征及其社会影响因素分析——以赣中王瑶镇土地流转的个案为例

An Analysis of the Features of Land Transfer and Related Social Factors:A Case Study of the Town of Wangyao in Northern Jiangxi Province

通过选取赣中地区王瑶镇8个行政村为调查对象样本,对中西部地区农村土地流转的特征、制约因素等基本情况进行调查分析后认为,中西部地区的历史传统、市场环境、社会结构对这一区域的土地流转极具影响,这一区域土地流转的基本特征是"非利润化"的"无发展型的流转"。这一地区的农民在选择经济行为时,利润第一还是道义优先的两难选择往往受制于基本的社会环境,这也是经济行为嵌入社会的社会学体现。

Based on 8 administrative villages chosen from the town paper conducted an investigation into the basic information of land social factors involved. It is concluded that the history, tradition, of Wangyao in northern Jiangxi province, this transfer, such as the features and the related market environment as well as social structure in northern and western part of this province exert a strong influence on land transfer of this region, and the basic feature of land transfer in this region is neither ＂profitable＂ nor ＂development-oriented＂. Farmers in this region are often faced with a dilemma between ＂profit first＂ and ＂morality first＂ , which is, in turn, restricted by ＂social environment they live in. This is also the sociological representation of economic behavior in society.
