摘要
本文提出了一种基于集对-变权理论的桥梁综合状态评价模型,详细介绍了运用集对分析理论进行评价的步骤,给出了能体现奖励-惩罚机制的变权确定方法,构造了影响指标权重的变异系数函数。最后,以某悬索桥的主缆评估为例,说明了该方法的有效性和实用性。分析结果表明,集对-变权评价模型能突出某种指标的不利影响,更有利于保证桥梁养护管理的及时性。
Based on SPA and the variable weight theory,an evaluation method for the safety assessment of bridge was presented,the evaluation procedure were also introduced in detail,and a variable weight method which can reflect the bonus-penalty was provided,then the function of variation coefficient influencing index weight is established.Finally,a suspension bridge was taken as an example,and the feasibility and rationality of the proposed method was shown by the practical engineering calculation.The results show SPA-variable weight model can highlight the negative influence of some index,which is more conducive to ensure the timeliness of bridge maintenance and management.
