摘要
基于TMS320F2812 DSP的智能化特点,设计了一种新型变压变频中频电源.该电源采用斩波调压和逆变调频相结合的方法实现变压变频功能,具有电压、频率独立调节的优点.利用面积中心等效法原理产生SPWM信号,与传统SPWM方式相比,输出波形具有更好的对称度,显著减小高次谐波分量.为验证理论分析,设计了一台1KW/2KHz的实验样机.实验结果表明该电源电压幅值和频率可实现独立调节而互不干涉,结构简单,在内圆磨床和电动工具等应用中频电源的领域具有实用价值.
A new Variable Voltage and Variable Frequency(VVVF) middle frequency supply was introduced based on the intellectualizedsingle chip TMS320F2812.The supply achieves the function of VVVF adopting the methods of chooper variable voltage and inverter variable frequency.It has the characteristics that voltage regulation and frequency regulation of the supply can implement independently.The theory of SPWM area center equivalent which has greater harmonic suppression is used to produce SPWM drive signal in this system.Compared with the traditional SPWM,the output voltage waveform has greater symmetry,and reduces high order harmonic obviously.A sample system of 1KW/2KHz is designed to prove the theoretical analysis.The results of experiments demonstrate that the voltage regulation and frequency regulation of the supply can implement independently without any interactions,also the new inverter supply has more simpler structure The new supply has finer practicability in the fields using middle frequency supply such as internal grinding machine and electric tools.
