摘要
本文主要阐述了城区优质学校托管农村薄弱学校的路径与方法,并从文化融合的角度探索了城乡学校共同体建设的理性认识和实践意义,各种跨校协作共同体组织与活动,创新了校际协作管理制度,开发了跨校活动课程,使城乡学校教师与学生都得到了共同发展。
This essay mainly discusses the approach and method for urban high quality schools to help administrate rural low quality schools. From the angle of cultural integration, rational cognition and practical significance of ulban-rural school community construction are explored as well. All sorts of cross -school cooperative communities and activities update cooperative administration system, develop inter-school activity courses, and provide opportunities for teacher-student development.
