催化裂化装置待生立管磨穿原因分析和防范措施 被引量:2

摘要 通过对中国石油化工股份有限公司洛阳分公司Ⅱ套催化裂化装置在2010年7月、11月两次重油沉降器待生立管磨穿原因的分析,认为重油沉降器待生立管磨穿与其内部的催化剂流化状态、催化剂循环量过大和催化剂强度大等因素有密切关系。2010年11月22日恢复运行后,采取了停运汽油提升管反应系统、调整待生立管上的松动点、控制催化剂循环量等措施,确保待生立管内部的催化剂流化状态正常、可控。装置恢复运行以来,运行稳定,没有出现待生立管磨穿的情况,为同类装置生产优化提供了参考。 The causes of two wearing outs of spent catalyst standpipe in the settler of No.2 FCC unit in SINOPEC Luoyang Company in July and November,2011 are studied.It is concluded that the wearing outs are closely related to fluidization status inside the standpipe and excessive catalyst circulation.After adjustment of aeration points on the standpipe and strict control of catalyst circulation,the fluidization of catalysts in spent catalyst standpipe becomes normal and controllable.The unit has been operating stably after re-start-up and no wearing out has occurred,which provides a good reference for operation optimization of other similar FCC units.
