国Ⅴ汽、柴油产品质量升级解决方案的探讨

Study on solutions to GuoⅤ Gasoline and Diesel Upgrading

随着环保问题的日益突出,对燃料油质量的要求也越来越高。从汽油、柴油产品满足国Ⅴ质量标准需采取的措施出发,对解决方案进行了探讨,主要包括:提高汽油产品辛烷值,控制蒸气压、馏程,以及硫、烯烃、芳烃、苯、氧的含量等;控制柴油产品硫含量、密度、十六烷指数和多环芳烃含量等。根据我国汽油、柴油质量现状,指出质量升级时将会遇到的瓶颈,并指出了研究方向。

With more stringent environmental protection regulations,quality improvement of the gasoline and diesel has become increasingly necessary and impending.In this paper,the solutions to meet the gasoline and diesel specification requirements of Guo Ⅴ emission standards are discussed,including improving octane number,controlling vapor pressure,distillation range,sulphur,olefin,aromatics,oxygen contents etc for gasoline as well as controlling sulfur content,density,cetane index and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons etc for diesel.At the same time,the bottlenecks in quality upgrading and research trend of gasoline and diesel are put forward based on the present conditions.
