基于商业智能的信息运维辅助决策研究与应用

摘要 以提高集约化、精益化管理为目标,南京供电公司利用商业智能(BI,Business Intelligence)平台对信息运维模式中相关指标数据进行深度挖掘,通过提取、分析运维管理关键参数,初步实现主动预警、有效跟踪、量化管理、推送服务,有效降低了信息运维中软性成本和隐性成本,确保公司系统集约、快速、高效的信息保障能力。 For the purpose of improving the intensive and lean management at Nanjing Power Supply Company, this paper proposes a decision-making support system to deeply analyze correlative data from IT operation and maintenance using business intelligence based information platform. By extracting and analyzing several critical parameters, the proposed system has a capacity of proactive alarm, effective trace, quantitative management and service pushing. The practice shows that the proposed decision-making support system can not only effectively reduce the costs involved in IT operation and maintenance services, but also ensure the intensive, rapid and effective operation of information system.
