Construction of Five-Large Informatization Supporting Systems in Chongqing Electric Power Corporation

重庆电力公司信息化支撑"五大"体系建设工作于2011年2月28日全面启动,整个工作分为信息系统适应性调整与信息化完善提升2个阶段。适应性调整改造主要内容是,根据"五大"组织机构调整、业务及流程变更、人员岗位变动等情况,完成对在运信息系统的调整和必要的改造,满足新的"五大"体系运转的需要,确保"五大"体系投运后各项工作正常开展;完善提升建设主要内容是,围绕公司"五大"建设目标,从五大专业应用、集约化保障、一体化平台支撑方面确定了一系列建设任务,以信息化手段促进公司管理创新和业务流程优化,提升公司科学发展水平,支撑"五大"建设目标的实现。

The construction work of the Five-Large informatization supporting system in Chongqing Electric Power Corporation （CQEP） started on Feb. 28, 201 1. The whole work is divided into two stages： adaptive adjustment of information systems and informatization enhancement and upgrade. During the first stage, the adjustment and reform of the current information systems will be completed according to the Five-Large organizational adjustment, business and workflow change, and personnel post change. It aims to meet the operational requirements of the new Five-Large system, and ensures that all work goes smoothly after the implementation of the system. During the second stage, a series of construction tasks are determined according to the Five-Large construction objectives, which involve five professional applications, intensive guarantees and integrated platform support. It aims to promote company management innovation and the optimization of business processes by information technology means, improve the scientific development level of the company and support to realize the Five-Large construction objectives.
