高职院校获国家助学金学生自我效能感与成就动机关系分析

The Analysis of the Relationship between Self-Efficacy and Achievement Motive of Higher Vocational Students Who Obtained National Grants

高职院校获国家助学金学生作为贫困生群体的一部分,其心理特征值得我们研究。笔者对其自我效能感与成就动机进行研究,并根据研究结果提出建议。本研究有利于教育者更加细致全面地认识贫困生,对贫困生的帮扶工作起到一定的指导作用。

In higher vocational colleges,the students who obtain the national grants are poor students.Their psychological characteristics are worthy of our study.The authors study their self-efficacy and achievement motive,and put forward suggestions according to the results of this study.This study can help educators know the impoverished students more meticulous and more comprehensive,and a certain extent guide the impoverished students＇ aiding work.
