摘要
本文提出了以荧光熄灭法用T(4-TMAP)P测定Cu(Ⅱ)的方法,灵敏度高,可测至0.002μg/mlCu(Ⅱ),选择性亦较好,而且简便快速。本文测定了T(4-TMAP)P的一级和二级酸离解常数。应用本法测定了自来水、湖水、铝合金等样品中铜的含量,准确度和精密度都令人满意。
The Determination of the microamount copper by quenching fluorescence method has been inrestig-ated based on complex formation of Cu ( I ) with meso-tetra ( p-trimethylammophenvl ) porphyrin, and acid-base equilibria of this reagent in aqueous solution were studied. In the presence of hydroxylami-me hydrochloride, the reaction is rapid, and there is good selectivity, its sensitivity is 0.002ugCu( II )/ml. When NaF is used as masking agent Img Al ( III ) does not interfere with the determination of Cu ( I ) . The copper contents in water and standard aluminium samples were determined with satisfactory results.
