摘要
钢筋混凝土筒体结构烟囱,一般筒体直径不大,筒壁不厚,筒身高度很高,一般都有几十米以上。采用常规倒模施工,作业空间小,高空作业安全风险大,进度也相对较慢,投入的材料设备及人员相对较多,增加施工成本。由于烟囱都为变截面筒体结构,且直径不大,采用常规倒模施工,筒身中心点和垂直度的控制难度较大,容易产生较大误差。采用倒模施工还会产生过多的施工缝,一定程度上影响工程质量。采用无井架液压滑模施工(下文简称滑模施工)能解决以上的一系列问题,并且在保证质量和安全的前提下,能加快工期,减少施工成本。
