关于自动化工程公司青年技术人员入党情况的调研与思考

Investigation and Thinking about Automation Engineering Company Youth Technical Personnel Join the Party

如何将青年技术人员凝聚在党旗下,为企业做贡献,是加强和改进企业党建工作必须解决的重大问题。本文以自动化工程公司为例,通过问卷调查分析发现,党组织活动创新不足,团的活动缺少针对性等原因使得部分青年技术人员对党的认识不足,入党积极性不高。笔者认为,只有根据青年特点,从加强企业党组织的自身建设,创新党组织的活动形式等方面入手,才能提高党组织对青年技术人员的吸引力,有效引导他们投入党组织的怀抱。
