影响政府组织进行信息技术创新的因素研究被引量：2

摘要阐述了技术接受模型、技术扩散理论和网络信任模型的基本概念和原理;在此基础上提出了电子政务的使用意愿研究模型,并从技术创新的角度探讨了影响公众使用电子政务的相关因素;以"中国大连"电子政务网站为研究对象对电子政务使用意愿模型进行了实证分析,通过信度检验、效度检验和回归分析等对电子政务的有用性、兼容性和信任度与使用意愿的相关关系进行了验证;针对实证分析结果提出了针对性的政策建议。
