Overview of the Growth of Technology Philosophy

技术哲学诞生于19世纪六、七十年代的德国。但是技术哲学在世界范围内(包括德国)的建制化发展或者说技术哲学的兴盛却是在一个世纪之后的事情,即20世纪的六、七十年代。在技术哲学由诞生期到兴盛期的大约一百年时间,可以称之为技术哲学的发展期。这一时期既是众多技术哲学大家孕育自己的经典著作时期,也是在世界范围内开展技术哲学对话的初创时期。本文对这一时期的技术哲学状况进行了简要的梳理、介绍,以期抛砖引玉,引起学者们对技术哲学发展史上这一重要时期的关注和深入探讨。

Philosophy of Technology came into being in Germany during 1860s and 70s,but it boomed in a century later,namely during 1960s and 70s.The approximate hundred years of time from birth to prosperity can be called the period of growth of technology philosophy.In this period many famous philosophers of technology have conceived their great works,and also in this period world congress of technology philosophy was initiated.This article tries to arrange affairs of technology philosophy in this period in proper order hoping to arouse more attention and induce deeper discussions on this important period in the history of the development of technological philosophy.
