The paper puts forward methods for English business contract translation by making comparison and analysis of stylistic differences between English and Chinese business contracts.To produce precise and stylistic appropriate translation of English business contracts and promote the success of increasingly frequent foreign business transactions,the author suggests that translators apply appropriate translating methods to English business contract translation in accordance with a proper grasp of the differences of stylistic features between English and Chinese business contracts.
