摘要 目的:了解广东省三级甲等医院护理人员的工作生活质量状况。方法:引进国外Brooks的护士工作生活质量量表,经过翻译和回译,并对其进行信度和效度检验,然后应用该中文版本量表对1861名护士进行问卷测评。结果:护士工作生活质量量表具有良好的信度和效度。不同年龄段护士工作生活质量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中,在工作家庭平衡方面,>40岁年龄段护士的得分高于其他两个年龄段护士(P<0.05);在工作量和工作环境方面,<30岁年龄段护士的得分高于其他两个年龄段(P<0.05);在社会环境方面,不同年龄段的护士得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:医院管理者应通过科学合理的排班、安全的工作环境以及心理疏导等方面来满足不同年龄护士的需要,以提高护士的工作生活质量。 Objective: To investigate the quality of work life among nurses of different ages in Third-Grade Class A hospitals of Guangdong Province Methods: Quality of nursing work life designed by Brooks was translated to Chinese, back-translated to English and tested by reliability and validity. We used the Chinese version scale to measure quality of work life among 2300 nurses. Results: The scale has good reliability and validity. There were significant differences in quality of work life (P〈0.05) among nurses of different ages, Over 40 years old nurses got the significantly highest scores in work-family balance subscale, (P〈0.05). Less than 30 years old nurses had significantly higher scores in workload and work environment subscale than other two age groups nurses (P〈0.05). There were no significant difference among nurses at different ages (P〉0.05) in social world Subscale. Conclusion: Hospital managers should be take effective measures to improve nurses' quality of work life based on the needs of nurses with different ages by improving working scheduling, providing safe working environment and psychological counseling.
