中药注射剂静脉输液安全管理

Safety Management of traditional Chinese Medication intravenous infusion

目的:探讨制定并执行中药注射剂静脉输液规范的必要性和重要性,以减少中药注射剂ADR发生,保证患者输液安全。方法:分析2008年医院中药注射剂ADR报告;制定"中药注射剂静脉输液规范",并在该院内科系统10个病区落实执行。结果:2008年该院内科常用3类中药注射剂共发生56例不良反应,占总例数的77.8%;2009年内科常用3类中药注射剂不良反应减少21例(P<0.05),静脉炎和发热反应亦减少(P<0.05)。讨论:在输注中药注射剂时执行"规范"是必要且重要的,此外加强医院对中药注射剂临床使用的管理与监督,发挥临床药师的作用也是减少ADR发生的重要因素。

Objective： To explore the effects of implementing Traditional Chinese Medication Intravenous Infusion Guideline （TCMIV Guideline） .Methods： We analyzed the Adverse Drug Reaction report in 2008, and set up TCMIV Guideline. Then, we implemented it at 10 Medicine wards to ensure patients safety. Results： Fifty six ADRs related to 3 major TCM injections were reported in 2008. After implementing TCMIV Guideline, ADRs decreased significantly （P〈0.05）, especially phlebitis and fever reaction （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： It is important to implement TCMIV Guideline to ensure patients safety. Pharmacist also should play important role in TCMIV safety management.
