With the study of literature and the practical work,the writers analyzed the established policies for the series of health managements of positional titles,problems,pilot work,and the importance and necessity of health management of positional titles,pointed out that health managerial workers themselves,health institutions,governmental health,personnel department and other units should initially take the countermeasures in order to solve the problem of positional titles of health managerial workers.
