摘要
卫生人力资源作为卫生资源的基本要素之一,是反映一个地区医疗卫生水平的重要标志。通过对2006年到2010年这五年间盐城市八所医院人力资源状况的调查分析,根据人力资源配置中存在的问题提出针对性的措施,为改进盐城市医院的人力资源配置状况,提高人才培养决策水平,进一步促进医疗卫生事业的发展提供客观依据。
As one of the essential key factors in health resources,human resources of health acts as the main sign reflecting local medical health level.With the survey and analysis on human resources in 8 hospitals of Yancheng City in 2006~2010 and based on the existing problems in the placement of human resources,the targeted measures were put forward to improve the placement of human resources in hospitals of Yancheng City and the decision-making for talent training and provide objective base for the further promotion of the development of medical health undertaking.
