摘要
目的:探讨蒙脱石散治疗婴幼儿腹泻的临床疗效。方法:将婴幼儿腹泻患者40例随机分成两组,对照组20例经抗感染、补液、纠正酸中毒和电解质紊乱等常规治疗,治疗组20例加用蒙脱石散治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组有效率(95%)优于对照组(80%)(P<0.05),住院时间较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论:蒙脱石散治疗婴幼儿腹泻效果显著。
Objective:To observe the effect of montmorillonite powder in treatment of infant diarrhea.Methods:40 infants with diarrhea were randomly divided inlo two groups,the control group(n=20 cases) received routine treatment only,the treatment group(n=20 cases)were treated with montmorillonite powder besides routine treatment.The effects of each group were observed after the treatment.Results:The effective rate among the treatment group(95%) Was significantly higher than that among the control group(80%)(P<0.05),and the length of hospital stay was shorter in the treatment group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Montmorillonite powder has a significant effect on infant diarrhea.
