摘要
为了筛选促进克氏原螯虾(Procambarus clarkii)非特异性免疫功能的中草药免疫调节剂,分别采用质量分数为2%的淫羊藿、甘草和陈皮的乙醇提取物药饵连续饲喂克氏原螯虾28d,同时设不添加中草药的对照组。在投喂后第7、14、21、28天分别取样测定血清中的溶血素含量和凝集活性。结果表明:淫羊藿和甘草能显著地提高克氏原螯虾溶血活性和凝集活性(P<0.05),28d内甘草组克氏原螯虾血清溶血活性平均为0.527,淫羊藿组平均为0.806,而对照组仅平均为0.367;从第7天至第28天淫羊藿组和甘草组血清的凝集活性不断上升,28d时分别达到26.67和53.33;陈皮组血清溶血活性和凝集活性变化不明显(P>0.05)。该结果表明,甘草和淫羊藿是适合克氏原螯虾的中草药免疫调节剂。
One control group and three experiment groups which were added respectively Herba Epimedii,Glycyrrhiza uralensis and Tangerine Peel,were set up for evaluating the effects of Chinese herbal medicine on nonspecific immune activity of Procambarus clarkii.The contents of the three herbs in diets was 2% for the experimental groups and the shrimp were continuously fed for 28 day.On the 7th,14th,21th and 28th day,the activities of hemolysin and hemagglutination of the shrimp serum were determined.The results showed that the hemolysin and hemagglutination activities in the groups of adding Herba Epimedii and Glycyrrhiza uralensis were siginificantly higher than those in the control(P<0.05).Among them,the average hemolysin activity in the group of Glycyrrhiza uralensis and Herba Epimedii was respectively 0.527 and 0.806 within 28 days,comparing to 0.367 in the control.The hemagglutintion activity was increased constantly from the 7th to the 28th day,which reached separatly to 26.67 and 53.33 on the 28th day.However,there were no siginificant difference between Glycyrrhiza uralensis group and control group in the activity of hemolysin and hemagglutintion(P>0.05).The results showed that Herba Epimedii and Glycyrrhiza uralensis could improve the immunity system of shrimp,and can be used as immunity intensifier for shrimp cultivation.
