摘要
本文研究了DBS-偶氮胂与钡的显色反应。结果表明,在稀盐酸介质中,钡与此试剂形成1∶3的蓝色配合物,最大吸收在616nm处,ε为6.48×10~4,钡量在0~25μg/25ml范围内符合比尔定律。方法已用于孕育剂中钡的测定。
The colour reaction of barium with 3-( 2-arsonophenylazo ) -6- ( 2,6-dibromo-4-sulphophenylazo ) -4, 4-dihydroxy-2, 7-naphthalene-disulfonjc acid ( DBS-Arsenazo ) has been investigated. It is shown that in hydrochloric acid medium, barium can form a blue complex with DBS-arsenazo, the ratio of barium to DBS-arsenazo has been found to be 1 ' 3.The maximum absorption of the complex occurs at 616 nm, and the apparent molar absorptivity is 6.48X104. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0-25ug Ba/25ml. The colour reaction has good selectivity, the quantities of tolerance of many interfering ions are in milligram level. The method has been used for the determination of barium in pregnant reagent with satisfatory results.
