预还原锰矿中铁的物相组成主要有金属铁、亚铁、高铁和碳化铁等。取1份试样用PbCl_2溶液选择浸取并测定金属铁;另取1份试样用FeCl_3溶液浸取后对残渣中分别用常法测定亚铁和高铁。碳化铁中的铁量由全铁量与金属铁、亚铁和高铁量之差值求得。
The iron components in the pre-reduced manganese ore are metallic iron ? ferrous iron, ferric iron and iron carbide. The metallic iron is selectively extracted by PbCl2 solution and determined. The ferrous and ferric iron are separately determined in the residue after extracted with FeCl3 solution. The iron carbide is determined by the difference of total iron and the sum of metallic iron, ferrous and ferric iron.
