大学生周末休闲行为特征研究——以海南师范大学为例

Study on the Characteristic of University Students' Leisure Life on Weekends:A Case of Hainan Normal University

以海南师范大学为例,对大学生群体周末休闲行为的特征进行了研究,其休闲行为特征表现为:1)大学生休闲动机与活动选择表现为盲目性,无价值性,上网与睡觉成为学生在闲暇时间内的最为普遍的活动;2)周末休闲决策受多种因素影响;3)周末休闲消费较为理性;4)休闲活动集中在校园及其附近范围;5)大学生们普遍感到周末休闲生活质量不高.基于此,文章认为在高校加强闲暇教育十分必要,有必要在校内及校外附近适当配置健康的,高质量的,适应大学生身心发展特点的休闲设施与场所.

Based on a survey in Hainan Normal University, the characteristics of the university students＂ leisure behavior on weekends were studied. The results showed that： 1 ）The students＇ leisure motivation and choice of activity were blind and worthless, and surfing the internet and sleeping are the two popular leisure activities. 2）Factors affecting the weekend leisure decision are various. 3 ）Leisure expense on weekends was rational. 4）The boundary of leisure activities were in campus and the neighborhood of the university. 5 ） Students generally agreed with the low quality of their leisure life. It is necessary to strengthen leisure education in the universities, and to provide enough leisure facilities and sites in or around the university for the students.
