本文介绍一种测定钢中氢含量的仪器。试样在高纯氮气流中用高频感应加热熔融。装载试样的坩埚由耐火材料制成,而不用石墨坩埚或石英坩埚。释出的氢被高纯氮气载出并用热导检测器(TCD)检测。氢的检测信号由数据处理系统处理,并用数字电压表直接显示出试样中的氢含量。该测定仪器的分辨率为0.01ppm,分析范围力0.2~50ppm(对于2g试样),分析时间约4分钟。
An instrument for determination of hydrogen content in steel is introduced. The steel sample is molten by radio freguency induction heating in pure nitrogen flow. The sample is heated in are-fractory crucible instead of graphite or quartz crucible. Hydrogen released is carried over by pure nitrogen and is detected with TCD. The hydrogen content in the sample is read out on DVM. The resolution of the determinator is 0.01 ppm. The analytical range is 0.2-50ppm (for 2g sample). The analytical time is 4 min.
