摘要
首先分析了催化燃烧式瓦斯传感器的工作原理,然后综述了催化燃烧式瓦斯传感器的标定与补偿技术现状,最后指出,综合考虑催化燃烧式瓦斯传感器的稳定性和一致性,探索研究在初始不一致和工作过程不稳定的双重作用下,传感器数据的变化规律,通过智能信息处理的方法予以动态补偿,将是下一步需要研究的主要方向。
The principle of catalyzing burning gas sensors is analyzed firstly.Then the state-of-the-art of calibration and compensation technology for catalyzing burning gas sensors is surveyed.Finally,the further research directions are pointed out,i.e.the consistency and invariance of catalyzing burning gas sensors should be consider together.The evolutionary rules of sensor data under both the inconsistent initial conditions and variant characteristic during working should be explored.And the dynamic compensation method based on intelligent information processing approach should be developed.
