摘要 串联电网接线正常的运行方式有6种,各种运行方式下都有不同的备用电源自动投入(简称备自投)逻辑需求。目前的备自投装置仅能满足一种运行方式或一侧备用的情况,有很大的局限性。基于备自投的基本原理研制了远方备自投装置,逻辑实现以本侧信息为主,辅以必需的远传信息,同时将这些远传信息进行合并转化成几个开关信息,利用继电保护通信接口装置进行信号传输。对2个110kV变电站的整组试验和运行情况表明,该装置能完全适应串联电网接线不同运行方式下不同的备自投逻辑需求。 There are six normal operation modes of serial power grid connection and each operation mode has different remote backup power automatic throw-in(BPAT) logic requirement.At present,BPAT device is effective only in the case of one operation mode or one terminal being backup,which results in many limitations.A novel remote BPAT device has been developed with basic principle of BPAT.Its logic realization relies mainly on local information supplemented by necessary remote information.In the meantime,all the remote information is combined and converted into several switch information,which is transferred with relays communication interface device.The experiments and operation results in two 110 kV substations prove that the device can adapt to different logic requirements of different operating modes with serial power grid connection.
