多镜联合规范化个体化治疗胆总管结石和(或)合并胆囊结石

The regularized and individualized treatment on patient with common bile duct calculi and/or with gallbladder calculi with multi-endoscopy

目的探讨微创外科时代多镜联合治疗胆总管结石和(或)合并胆囊结石的治疗规范。方法搜集该院微创中心2002年7月～2008年7月收治的胆总管结石合并胆囊结石病例共434例,根据其具体情况分别制定个体化多镜联合治疗方案。结果所有434例患者经选择性综合应用内镜腹腔镜及开放手术等技术手段,均应用手术治愈。结论多镜联合是微创外科时代治疗胆总管结石和(或)合并胆囊结石的首选方案。目前临床工作中胆总管结石治疗存在着随意性较大的散乱状况。制定多镜联合治疗胆总管结石和(或)合并胆囊结石的规范化技术标准是十分必要的。

[Objective] To investigate the standardization and regularization multi-endoscopic technique in treatment on patient with common bile duct calculi and/or with gallbladder calculi.[Methods] All 434 cases underwent individualized multi-endoscopic treatment according to their actual sickness.[Results] All 434 cases were healed through selective using multi-endoscopic technique and opening operation.[Conclusions] Multi-endoscopic technique should be the first choice in the treatment on patient with common bile duct calculi and/or with gallbladder calculi during the minimally invasive surgery era.Now there are casual conditions in clinic works.It is important to establish the regularization multi-endoscopic technique standards in treatment with common bile duct calculi and/or with gallbladder calculi.
