CpG寡核苷酸放射增敏作用及其机制

摘要 CpG-ODN是一组以非甲基化CpG为核心的寡核苷酸序列,能诱导脊椎动物产生先天性和获得性免疫应答。由于CpG-ODN具有免疫刺激作用,在疫苗佐剂、肿瘤治疗、过敏性疾病的免疫治疗等方面,表现出极强的使用价值和广阔的应用前景。本文主要就其在放射增敏方面的研究进展进行综述。 Synthetic oligodeoxynucleotides (ODN) containing unmethylated deoxycytosine deoxyguanosine (CpG) motifs bind to Toll-like receptor 9 (TLR9) and can stimulate both innate and adaptive immune reactions. Therefore, CpG-ODN shows high worth and broad application prospects in clinic of adjuvants, immunotherapy for tumor and allergic diseases. The effect and relative mechanism of radiosensitive effects with CpG-ODN is discussed in this paper.
