“人性化照明”是现代城市照明建设事业必然的发展趋势

"Humanistic Illumination" is the Consequent Developing Tendency of Urban Illuminating Construction for Modern Cities

现代化城市的每日活跃时域已经从白天拓展延伸到深夜,城市照明建设(包括功能照明和景观照明)已经成为城市现代化建设必不可少的基础建设,为城市经济、文化建设做出了极大贡献;近十余年来,现代化城市照明建设事业发展已经由技术发展(研发、生产各种新光源、灯具、电源、数字化控制科技等等)阶段进展到文化建设阶段、城市光文化理念已经成为城市精神文明发展的助推、向着社会精神文明上层建筑领域发挥着引导作用。时至今日,全国及全球的新世纪发展开始由关注现代化城市的物质和精神文明建设上升到关注、推动人类(及大自然)自身的生存、安全和可持续发展新高度。因而,今后城市照明建设事业必然要走向"人性化照明"发展新阶段,这是照明建设事业发展进程的第三个新理念、新阶段,即"亮起来"、"光文化"、"人性化照明"。本文拟就多年来天津市及其他大城市现代化照明事业建设的理论和实践发展、简单总结由照明技术发展进展到"光文化"发展的变革历程,并进而提出并阐述"人性化照明"新理念及相关实践问题,探讨有关的观念转变和实践发展的表观与深层问题,供大家参考与讨论。

The active time interval for modern cities is expanded from early morning open up to late at night everyday,so that the construction of urban illumination is real basic construction of modernization,and has made huge constributions for civic economic and cultural development.The development of urban illumination construction is from simple illuminating techniques deepened to new phase of ＂Light culture＂ now.Because of need for the living,safety and sustaining development for the human and nature from now on are the most important in the whole world,and the urban illumination development will go into a new ＂humanistic illumination＂ orientation.This is the third new developing idea for the urban illumimation,that are light up,light culture and humanistic illumination. This paper will summarize the urban illuminating constuction from technical to light curtural developments according to the constucting practices in Tianjin and other modern chinese cities,and then present and discuss the new ＂Humanistic illumination＂ conception for the urban illuminating development from idea to practice.
