左主干病变合并低射血分数患者在经皮心肺辅助循环下行冠状动脉介入治疗一例 被引量：2

摘要 探讨左主干病变低左室射血分数(EF)患者经皮心肺辅助下(PCPS)冠状动脉介入(PCI)治疗可行性,对1例心肺复苏后左主干病变低EF患者在PCPS下行PCI。手术过程顺利,无并发症发生。认为PCPS能够提供左主干病变低EF患者PCI术中有效循环,值得研究。
