摘要
物质流分析方法是可持续发展定量研究可行和有效的手段,通过研究人类经济活动与自然生态系统之间的物质关联,定量地评估社会经济系统的可持续发展阶段。本文在简述物质流分析的基础上,阐述了物质流分析的基本原理和国际经验,综述了国内外基于可持续发展的物质流分析相关研究进展,认为物质流分析在宏观上的能源利用、经济与社会可持续发展方面应用较多,细化研究不够,指出当前我们应从环境要素划分的角度对系统的各股物质流进行研究;同时,要结合环境的热点问题,将物质流分析运用于低碳规划和低碳经济建设。
Material flow analysis is a feasible and efficient method for quantitative sustainable development research. It acces- ses the sustainable development of social - economic system through measuring material associations between human economic ac- tivities and natural ecological system. On the basis of MFA analysis, this paper analyzed the basic principles of MFA and the in- ternational experience through analyzing the progress of material flow analysis based on the sustainable development at home and a- broad. It is concluded that MFA had many applications in energy utilization and the sustainable development of social - economic system, but the detailed investigation is insufficient. Studies on material flow from the perspective of environmental factors should be conducted ; meanwhile, material flow analysis should be applied to low - carbon planning and low - carbon economic construction combined with hot environmental issues.
