摘要 目的:为建立纳米银溶液的质量标准提供依据。方法:以透射电子显微镜、激光纳米粒度测定仪测定纳米银溶液形态、粒径、表面电位;按2010年版《中国药典》"纯化水"项下内容对纳米银溶液中的杂质进行检查;以电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定纳米银溶液中银的含量。结果:纳米银粒子呈类球形,粒径约15.24nm,表面电位为-36.5mV;杂质检查符合"纯化水"的标准;纳米银溶液中银含量约86μg.mL-1。结论:本研究为纳米银溶液质量标准的制定提供了依据。 OBJECTIVE: To establish the quality standard for nanosilver solutions. METHODS: Morphology, particle size and surface potential of nanosilver solution were measured by the transmission electron microscope (TEM) and laser nano-particle size analyzer. According to the test of Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2010 edition) for "purified water", the impurities of nanosilver solution were checked. And the content of silver was determined by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry. RESULTS: The average size for nanosilver particles which had spherical shape was 15.24 nm, and the surface potential was -36.5 mV. The impurities were in accordance with the standard of "purified water". The content of silver in the solution was 86 μg· mL^-1. CONCLUSION: The study provides the scientific data for the establishment of quality standard of nanosilver solutions.
