中俄区域产业合作的经济学考量

本文从中国东北地区和俄罗斯东部地区产业发展现状出发,提出打造优势产业,使其发展成为经济的增长极,要打破地域限制,促进优势产业向集群式方向发展,以中俄区域优势产业集群间的互动合作为动力,提升优势产业间的关联度,延长产业链条,实现以点带线、以线带面、点线结合、共同发展的"井"字型产业合作模式。本文同时从经济学的视角针对模式框架建立的基础、途径及发展方向进行了系统地分析,在理论上探究中俄产业互动的基本条件和形成规律,在实践上促进中俄地方国际化产业集群的建立,实现中俄区域经济的快速健康发展。

Proceeding from the status quo of Northeast China and Russian Far East industrial cooperation the article proposes the forging of superior industries to create a polar of economic growth.It also proposes breaking down regional restrictions to boost superior industries into group development and enhancing their relativity to prolong their industrial chain with the interactive cooperation as a driving force,so as to realize the 井shaped industrial cooperation pattern with linear development from dots.The article also makes a systematic analysis of the basis,route and development orientation based on modular framework from the angle of economics,thus theoretically probing the basic conditions of China-Russia industrial interactions and the laws governing them while practically promoting the establishment of international industry groups between China's and Russia's localities so as to realize the speedy and healthy development of the two countries' regional development.
