摘要
研究技术贡献系统成熟度评价问题,针对现有评价算法中没有区分关键技术重要程度,结果存在不合理性。为提高系统成熟度评价结果的合理性和准确度,在对现有系统成熟度评价方法的概念和基本算法进行分析研究的基础上,结合关键技术对武器装备的贡献度分析方法,提出了基于关键技术贡献度的系统成熟度评价建模方法,进而设计了相应的评价算法,并以美军濒海战斗舰为案例,验证了改进后的算法能够有效提高系统成熟度评价结果的合理性和准确度,为管理决策提供了参考。
The algorithm for system readiness assessment(SRA) was thoroughly studied and improved in this paper.One problem in existing research was that the algorithm failed to distinguish the importance of critical techniques.The algorithm was integrated with research on contributions of critical technologies to armament in order to enhance the rationality and accuracy of assessment results,after introducing the concept and basic algorithm for SRA.As a result,a modeling method and associated algorithm for SRA based on the contributions of critical techniques were brought up.Finally,the improved algorithm was validated on a data set of the littoral combat ship for the US Navy.
