摘要
补偿模式的选择是流域生态补偿机制的重要组成部份.基于全流域视角,在Markowitz均值方差模型框架下,考虑全流域的生态补偿收益的模糊不确定性,建立流域生态补偿模式模糊优化组合模型来实现最大化流域生态补偿收益,以及最小化流域生态补偿成本.并用数值算例对模型进行了相关应用,进而验证了模型的可行性.
The decision of compensation mode is the most important part of river basin ecological compensation mechanism.An optimization model for river basin ecological compensation has also been set up to determine the combination of different compensatory alternatives according to their specific costs and benefits and status quo of both compensators and compensatees so as to optimize the overall watershed ecological benefits.The numerical example was applied for the model and tested the feasibility of the optimize model.
