Discussion and Analysis on Information Literacy Training for Doctors in Rural Areas

加强乡村医生信息素质培训是当前农村卫生事业健康发展的重要任务。从信息意识、信息能力和信息道德3个方面对乡村医生信息素质状况进行分析,在此基础上提出提高乡村医生信息素质的措施,即以信息意识为关键、以信息能力为重点、以信息道德为保障。

Strengthening information literacy training for rural doctors is an important task in the healthy development of the current rural health career. The paper from information consciousness, information capability and information ethics, three aspects, analyzes information literacy status of rural doctors. Based on that it puts forward the countermeasures on improving information literacy of rural doctors, namely, taking information consciousness as a core, information capability as a priority, information ethics as guarantee.
