摘要
目的观察复方降脂方对实验性高血脂模型大鼠的影响。方法给予大鼠高脂饲料4周,造成高血脂大鼠模型;同时灌胃给3个剂量(1.072,.144,.28 g.kg-1)复方降脂方,4周后测定高脂模型大鼠甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(CHO)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDLC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDLC)、血流变学、体质量等指标的变化。结果与模型组比较,高剂量复方降脂方可明显降低大鼠血清TG、CHO、LDLC含量(P<0.01);并且能明显改善大鼠的一般状态和对体质量的影响;能改善高脂血症引起的大鼠血液流变学的异常。结论复方降脂方具有明显改善高血脂症的作用。
Objective To observe influences of the modified Compound Jiangzhi Decoction on blood lipid in experimental hyperlipidemia rats.Methods Rats were given high fat diet for 4 weeks,resulting in model of hyperlipidemia,meanwhile the modified Compound Jiangzhi Decoction was given in three doses 1.07,2.14,4.28 g·kg-1 for 4 weeks.During the drug administration,body weight,and the levels of TG,CHO,LDLC,HDLC were measured.Results Compared with the model group,Compound Jiangzhi Decoction high dose group could reduce the contents of TG,CHO,LDLC in rat serum obviously（P0.01）.It could improve state,body weight and the hemorrheologic exception by hyperlipidemia in rats.Conclusion The Compound Jiangzhi Decoction shows clear improvement for hyperlipidemia-related indicators.
