肾上腺节细胞神经瘤的诊断和治疗(附17例报告)

Diagnosis and treatment of adrenal ganglioneuroma (17 cases)

目的较全面的了解节细胞神经瘤的临床特点及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析17例病理确诊的肾上腺节细胞神经瘤患者临床表现,并通过文献复习对其临床表现、影像学特征及治疗情况进行分析。结果 17例均手术切除,术后病理检查证实为肾上腺节细胞神经瘤。术后随访4个月至9年,平均4年,均未见肿瘤局部复发及远处转移。结论肾上腺节细胞神经瘤大多缺乏特征性的临床症状,术前诊断及与其他肾上腺肿瘤鉴别诊断较难。一经发现,应尽量行手术切除,腹腔镜手术为较好的手术方式。

【Objective】 To study the characteristics of prevalence and clinical manifestation and management principles of ganglioneuromas.【Methods】 The clinical manifestation,laboratory and imaging examination and therapy of 17 cases of ganglioneuromas diagnosed by pathology were retrospectively analyzed.【Results】 For the 17 cases,resections of adrenal ganglioneuroma via operation were performed.The diagnosis of adrenal ganglioneuromas were confirmed by pathological examinations.All patients were followed up for 4 months to 9 years with a mean of 4 years,no relapse and metastasis occurring after excision of the tumor.【Conclusions】 No specific symptoms can be described and endocrine examinations are negative in most patients with the ganglioneuroma.It is difficult to differentiate ganglioneuromas and other adrenal tumors before the surgery.So the resection of adrenal ganglioneuroma should be done when it＇s found.The laparoscopic surgery is a better choice of treatment.
