摘要 建立了用一氧化二氮—乙炔火焰测定铁-镍基高温合金中痕量钙的分析方法。灵敏度比常用的空气—乙炔火焰法提高一个数量级,可以简便地测定0.0005%以上的钙。方法灵敏度达到Ca 0.028μg/ml·1%吸收,检测限为Ca 0.016μg/ml,均达到国际标准指标。实测了铁-镍基合金试样,含Ca 0.0005~0.005%,最大相对标准偏差为8.0%。 An analytical method has been established for the determination of traces of calcium in iron-nickel base heat-resisting alloys by N2O-C2H3 flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The sensitivity was Ca 0.028ug/ml .1% absorbence, It was raised by ten tines over ordinary used Air-C2H3 flame atomicabsorption spectrometry. The limit detection for calcium was Ca 0.016 ug/ml. These conditions are better than standard of ISO. The calcium in five iron-nickel base alloys was determinated, relative standard deviation was within 8.0% for the sample (0.0005-0.005% Ca ) .
