摘要
目的比较豚鼠促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)与大鼠GnRH的免疫反应和生物学活性。方法将豚鼠和大鼠下丘脑匀浆,其GnRH含量用识别结构特异性和识别序列特异性的两种不同的抗体组成的放射免疫系统进行测量。生物学活性在大鼠和豚鼠活体内检测。结果用上述两种放射免疫系统测量,大鼠下丘脑内GnRH含量大致相当,而豚鼠下丘脑内GnRH含量有显著差别。大鼠GnRH的生物学活性在豚鼠和大鼠都比豚鼠GnRH的生物活性强。结论豚鼠GnRH与大鼠GnRH的免疫反应性和生物学活性都不一样。
【Objective】 To compare the immunoreactivity and biological activity between guinea pig GnRH and rat GnRH.【Methods】 Hypothalami of guinea pigs and rats were homogenized and the contents of their GnRH were determined by both conformational and sequential specific antibody radioimunoreactivity systems.Their biological activities were tested in vivo in both the guinea pigs and rats.【Results】 The contents of the GnRH in the rat hypothalami were comparable when measured by both of the two radioimmunoreactivity systems;While the levels of GnRH in the hypothalami of the guinea pig were significantly different between these two systems.The rat GnRH peptide had more potent in stimulating LH release in vivo in both rats and guinea pigs as compared to the guinea pig GnRH.【Conclusion】 Guinea pig and rat GnRH peptides had different immunoreactive and biological activities.
